Killington requires everyone who visits the resort to complete a compliance form below. This certification is required by the Killington management to ensure that every Killington guest will comply with the state regulations.
Completion is mandatory. Every headcount shall have a certification. Parent shall also submit one for each child.

Killington Group Office requires every skier/boarder to provide the detailed information for contact tracing purpose.
This is mandatory for every skier/boarder. For example: If you register for 6 tickets, you shall provide the information on all 6 participants. Each name will be assigned to a ticket and the name will be printed on the ticket. If you do not provide all names, you will not receive all tickets. Information will be submitted to Killington Group Office together with the order details.

All events orders must be finalized before 1/10/2021.
